Because the topics covered in this site require knowledge and expertise, we have sought out companies headed up by people with a passion for what they do, a history of excellent customer service, and a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in their field.

This group is a terrific resource, and each of the sponsors in this site has agreed to participate an online forum for responding to your particular questions. Topics that will be of help to others will be posted on the sponsor pages.

Please keep in mind that although we make every attempt ot answer your questions quickly and thoroughly, it may take a few days to get a full answer back, and questions pertaining to a specific problem in your home may not be able to be answered without a visual inspection.
